Purpose

Farm workers are essential to our world, but tend to be some of our most vulnerable populations.

Compas is dedicated to the propagation of information regarding the current situation of farm workers in the United States and across the border. Compas aims to be a community service organization that supplies educational and material resources for farmworker communities of the Central Valley and surrounding ag counties. Additionally, we seek to empower the children of farmworkers to work towards higher education by providing mentorship and tutoring services.
